Evolved Widgets Board Microsoft is beginning to preview a revamped Widgets board experience. The new design features a larger canvas with dedicated sections for widgets and feed content, providing clear separation between them. This update aims to offer quick access to information and
personalized news content. Currently, this feature is rolling out gradually, so not all Canary Channel insiders will see it right away. USB4 Settings Page A significant addition in Build 25324 is the USB4 settings page, located under Settings > Bluetooth & devices > USB > USB4 Hubs and Devices. This page offers information about USB4 capabilities and connected peripherals, making it easier for users to troubleshoot with OEM support. Unsafe Password Copy and Paste Warnings Starting from Windows 11, version 22H2, Enhanced Phishing Protection in Microsoft Defender SmartScreen offers additional protection. This build introduces warnings for unsafe password copy and paste actions, similar to typing warnings. This feature is also rolling out gradually to monitor feedback. Introducing SHA-3 Support Build 25324 adds support for the SHA-3 family of hash functions and SHA-3 derived functions like SHAKE, cSHAKE, and KMAC. These algorithms have been integrated

Changes and Improvements​

Widgets Animated icons are being introduced for Widgets on the taskbar, triggered by actions like hovering or clicking on the Widgets entry point. Initially, only weather and finance icons are supported. Search on the Taskbar The search box in Windows 11 will include a button for the new Bing chat experience once available. If you haven't gained access to the new Bing, a dynamic search highlight button will appear instead. This feature is gradually rolling
out to insiders. Input Microsoft has updated Simplified Chinese fonts and the Microsoft Pinyin IME to support GB18030-2022, allowing for more extensive character support. Settings Microsoft is in the process of deprecating the Microsoft Support Diagnostic Tool (MSDT) and redirecting troubleshooters to the new Get Help platform. Additionally, users with multiple Windows Hello cameras can now select their preferred camera in Settings. File Explorer Performance improvements are implemented in File Explorer, particularly during the "calculating" phase when sending multiple files to the recycle bin.
