Windows 7 Dispay Freezes then computer crashes

So I really don't know what the issue is. But what happens is when playing computer games and even watching tv online my computer will suddenly freeze and my monitor will become all pixelated. I then i have to force it to restart. Specs are below and i have gotten all windows updates and graphics drivers.

Running Windows 7 64bit Ultimate
Processor Intel core 2 e8500 @ 3.16 ghz
4gb ram
Graphics Card: Duel Nividia 9800 gt's (happens with in and not in sli)

if more info is needed ask and ill get it to you people.

Hello Greg and welcome to the forum.
I found your post located in the Vista Help and Support Forum and moved it to here. With the specs you've included I'm not sure why it was posted in the Vista Forum but anyway, can you take a look at the following three links. If the computer is truly crashing then you may have some dump files to share with us as well as other information regarding your memory configuration and other items captured by Captain Jack's SF Diagnotic Tool.
