Because of restrictions with the Windows Phone SDK, I think there is a problem with notifications. So it is not on the store at all (yet). There is also the issue of the Microsoft release cycle and the probability of Windows Phone merging platforms with actual Windows itself... when that happens we may have to start all over from scratch so we are not sure what to do.
