Windows 7 download problem

hi guys,
i am using window7 its works fine. but now i can't download any files, i tried in more websites but i cant download anything even attachments in my e-mail also i cant download. i am using internet explorer and mozilla firefox in both i cant download anything. please help me to solve this problem. i tried with DAP download manager but it also not works.

Are you missing the small message just under the IE Favorites bar that asks you to VERIFY you want the download? I know I sometimes wait on a download then noticethe message popped up. It's not that easy to notice.
