Windows 7 DreamScenes oddities

After installing the Dreamscenes hack, I noticed 2 oddities:

1. The text of the icon labels on the desktop is 100% transparent. The only way you can read the text at all is by looking at the shadow of it. Any way to fix this?

2. The desktop video pauses whenever a window is maximized. Even on the other screen.

Turning off & on the "Enable desktop composition" setting seems to have fixed it. (the text transparency that is).
