Windows 7 drive d: problem

I have 3 partition C, D, n E. After i install win 7 ultimate 32 bit in C, my local D: don;t show in windows explorer. All i can see just C: and my E: but write as Local Disk D:

When i see in Disk Management, My Local Disk D: still there. How can i restore the D: so i can see that in Windows Explorer but the data not delete.

my bad not to backup the data. so please help. thanx for any response

Does D have a drive letter (look in Disk Management). If not, right click on it and assign a letter. If it is the recovery partition, it may have been hidden intentionally and I would leave it that way.
 
Are all these partitions on the same drive? Make sure you are not looking at the DVD drive for a drive letter...

A disk management picture always helps. Use the snipping tool to take the picture and attach using the paperclip in the Advanced replies.
