Windows 7 driver help

I have a sound blaster live card model ct4830 and every link I find to win7 drivers so far is a dead end anyone have any ideas? I need a the game port on this card or I would get rid of it...Neil

It seems to be an obsolete sound card. But you could try with kX Project -- Downloads page

Since this is an old card did you look for a Vista driver? Sometimes they work with Windows 7.
