Driver IRQL not less or equal BSOD - Please HELP!

    Hi! These past few days I have been encountering several bsod, it is really frustrating since i don't know what to do. The last bsod I encountered gave the info Driver_IRQL_not_less_or_equal. Please help me to fix this.

    Also my pc hangs when I play facebook games.

    proc: amd 64 x2 dual core 5000+ 2.6ghz
    ram: kingston 2gb ddr2-800
    mobo: asus M4A78-VM
    graphics: inno3d 9600gt 512mb 256bit
    antivir: AVG free 2013

    SP1 isn't installed, please do the following:

    Your D: drive is getting overfull and this will hamper your system's performance. You have approximately 10% free space - 15% is recommended. Please remove about 2½ gB in order to reach 15% free space.

    Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :
