is there any way i can install install intel 82845 graphics card ?

There are a couple of things you can try,
Ive read that you can use the XP drivers in compatibility mode no problem, you need to do 2 restarts Im told.
Secondly, you can try this driver that someone has modified in order to install it normally.

There will be now aero, but you should get native resolution.
