I would like to set up dual monitors. I have a laptop right now that has one 22 inch monitor connected via a vga cable. I only have one vga output, however I do also have an hdmi output on my laptop as well. Would I be able to have a dual monitor setup with one monitor connected via vga and one by hdmi?

I don't want to spend the $250+ dollars for the dualHead2Go either. ;)

    Thanks!

Since you told us nothing about your notebook, we have nothing to go on as far as determining the capabilities of your specific notebook.

You should start with your owner's manual. Notebooks are designed for traveling business people who need to connect their notebooks to external monitors and presentation devices/projectors. If you don't have your manual, go out to the notebook maker's site and download the latest version.
