    Caused by FreeLan 802.11g Wireless USB Adapter driver which is too old and should be updated:

    FreeLan 802.11g Wireless USB Adapter is the culprit:

    020111-22744-01.dmp
    DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (d1)
    An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
    interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
    caused by drivers using improper addresses.
    Probably caused by : WlanUZAG.sys <-- FreeLan 802.11g Wireless USB Adapter
    WlanUZAG.sys Wed Jul 04 22:57:52 2007

    If the wireless adapter is compattible with Windows 7, there should be a compattible driver for it.

    ~~~~~~
    Other old drivers you should update:
    AnchorFree TAP-Win32 Virtual Network
    taphss.sys Wed Sep 09 16:55:14 2009
    Realtek NDIS Protocol
    RtNdPt60.sys Sun Jul 19 22:26:38 2009
    Sonic Solutions driver that comes with various CD/DVD tools
    PxHelp20.sys Wed Mar 12 21:57:44 2008
    I would replace AVG with Microsoft Security Essentials - which is better compatible with old drivers.
