Windows 7 DVDFab issues

Anyone using DVDFab 5 or 6?
I am getting an error when trying to rip DVD to xbox360 format. It happens in either version.

Task_1 failed! Error=4(501 18 -1072886856)

So far ripping dvd's works fine for Main Movie but not xbox360.

I don't use xbox but had a problem with program, things like when reading disc it would stop try it again then other errors. So I uninstalled everything and reinstalled it using compatability mode with admin rights and it seems to be working. Hope this helps.
