With its new Start screen made of live tiles and its bold redesign, Windows 8 will have a challenging time getting consumers to embrace such radical change.


For the record, it's not the radical changes in the UI that I am turning my back on. It's the lack of cosmetics in the UI start screen that I will not allow on my monitor.
