I have Windows 7 64 bit
IE8 with all updates
I was running Windows Vista 64 bit and the Epson printer driver for CDPrint worked fine on the Vista 64 bit O/S but I removed Vista and installed Windows 7 64 bit.
I downloaded the Win 7 64 bit version which also works on Vista 64 bit and installoed it on my computer. The printer is recognized as Epson ESCC/P-R instead of Epson Stylist Photo RX595.
The printer works but when I open CDPrint which is a label printing direct to cd/dvd's which is part of the software program I get the following error message: "The Epson pri9nter driver dealing with CD Printing is not installed". The print screen opens but it does not show that any printer is loaded.
I did notice that when I installed the software/drivers and plugged up and turned the printer on I got a message that Windows was updating and downloading drivers. It said that printer was ready to use and working properly.
The only problem is that the CDPrint does not find the printer period.
Does anyone know how this can be correcterd?
Thanks
Tom
