guys , this error occurs when i'm installing windows 7 starter , can somebody help me ?

How are you attempting to install? What installation media? Do you have a valid, legitimate key? What are the specs of your PC?

If you are having a problem with the installation media, but do have a valid key, you can Link Removed, burn the iso file to DVD (click on the file and burn to DVD), then use this DVD along with your key to install.
