Error C00D11B1

#1
I have no sound other than just an "air" sound on my computer now. I get an error C00D11B1 and don't know what to do about it. My computer says that Realtek is working and I even changed out the chord running from my monitor to my hard drive and nothing has changed. I also upgraded Real Player to the latest version 11 and still nothing. If I try to run a sound test on my computer I get "Test Failed". Is it the sound card? I thought Realtek IS the sound card??? Can someone please help me as I've wasted hours of my life on this...ughhh!!! :) Thanks!!!

Hi, try installing new drivers, you can get them here:
Realtek
If your still getting problems post back.

Just to let you know, these drivers were released on the 8th of November, very new and shiny :)
