I have the same problem and tried to run the Microsoft Fix it for the prolbem but I got an error message stating the fix it was not for my version of Windows - Home Premium Service Pack 1.
I tried running the anytime upgrade again but now Iget the message that my product key is for a version of Windows which does not support Anytime Upgrade.
It is a legitimate upgrade key bought from Dell.
Please help, I need this sorted asap to install my Sage Client Manager.
