Hello

I was checking my mail when i get the blue screen of death and the following error:

page_fault_in_nonpaged_area

STOP: 0X00000050

___________________ndis.sys

I am attaching the dump file to this post.

By the way I had this blue screen before (with other message) I tried several times to update my drivers and I keep getting the error because there seems to be a problem between my video card and the driver.
My video card has an nvidia chipset (is not a real nvidia card) and I had try to download the right drivers but the installation fails every time.:(

The first thing that I would recommend is using the programs and features applet in the control panel to remove the installed Norton/Symantec product. Reboot if prompted and follow up by running the vendor specific removal tool found here. Reboot if prompted.
Download and install Link Removed due to 404 Error reboot if prompted, allow it to update itself, which may take a short while. If blue screens persist please upload the new ones and we can follow up with further analysis.
Regards
Randy

Hello

I did what you told me and I got a new blue screen: memory_management

Here si the minidump file.

Thank you

I forgot to mention I can't Install windows 7 SP1.:(
Windows Update can not download the data.

My drivers are updated and I have a video card with Nvidia 9400 chipset (is not a Nvidia card it only had the chipset)
And I keep getting the blue screen even when I updated the driver.
should I change the video card or it can be other thing?

You have a few older drivers present on your system which you should update
wdcsam64.sys 4/16/2008 = WD External Storage, Western Digital Technologies.
RTKVHD64.sys 6/16/2009 = RealTek High Definition Audio Codec
PTSimBus.sys 6/17/2009 = Pen Tablet Bus Enumerator
PxHlpa64.sys 6/23/2009 = Px Engine Device Driver for Windows 64 by Sonic Solutions
Additionally since your error seems to be memory related you should read and follow up with the following two links which are actually sticky notes in the root of the BSOD forum.
http://windows7forums.com/blue-screen-death-bsod/55603-sf-diagnostic-tool.html attach the results to your next post and
http://windows7forums.com/blue-scre...mportant-every-thread-starter-please-see.html attach memory tab and (all populated banks) SPD tabs in your next post.
The memory can be
faulty....use MemTest86 10 passes, checking sticks and slots individually.
set incorrectly in BIOS......Check memory manufacturer's website for specs on your specific product and set voltage, frequency and timings accordingly in BIOS.
or overclocked ......Return BIOS settings to a less extreme settings perhaps (load setup defaults, optimized defaults, something like that depending on your BIOS manufacturer)

Hello

Here is the screen captures of the CPU-Z analisis and the reports.
Thanks for your help.View attachment Seven Forums.rar

You can take a look at this blog/article regarding my problems with a similar issue, but most importantly maybe take a look at the link at the very bottom of it. It contains information which actually resolved my issue as my problem was related to having all four memory slots populated with DDR3-1333 memory which may be your issue as well. It seems that it is a known issue which requires either minor adjustments in voltages, or as I chose to do, dumb it down to 1066 7, 7,7, 20 no blue screens since then.
