Explorer.exe unable to run at startup

I am having a problem starting windows in regular mode. Safe mode works fine but when trying to start regular mode I get an error mesage that says "AtBroker.exe - Application Error" The application was unable to start correctly. When I click OK it then shows the same message for explorer.exe then will go to a blank screen.

A subscriber on Technet stated that these were the culprits and should be uninstalled. The follow ups were 100% succesful:

The updates in question are KB933566, KB929123, KB931213, KB905866, KB929762 & KB936825.
