    Hey there, welcome.

    1) Update your Synaptics Touchpad driver from the laptop manufacturer's site.

    2) Do the same for the Intel 4 Series video driver.

    3) Uninstall UltraMon.

    4) Scan for malware with Malwarebytes, after updating definitions.

Then install MSE for 24/7 protection.

Are you sure the lag doesn't cure itself after a while?

Try booting in safe mode to see if it happens there, too.

Yes, im sure it does not cure itself after a while. i tried starting in safe mode and the problem was still there, but i dont think it was as bad as normal. hard to tell because the laq usually comes when im on the internet or when im making music on sony acid, which cant playback in safe mode. but it was still there definitely
