First of ive installed the fully legal version of the game. My problem then is when a race has finished and it says "Saving Replay" - The game crashes "F1 ..... has stopped responding" -
Then i searched google - first few looks on several forums was the comp. solution. Some said AS FAR back as Win 98 was the solution. So i tried this. Now its just unpredictable when the game crashes.
Then I installed the Season 2007 MOD - The game now runs smoothly, for the time being. The sound is a bit bad, cause it sounds like its small bits of sound replacing each other ... so there is scratchy gabs.
STILL crashes when "Saving replay" - Trying other compabilitymodes just crashes the game after intro, or when loading up the track is about to initiate.
Either way on windows 7 i havent been able to run the game, drive an entire race and end the race to continue on to next track (when in championship mode) or back the menu when just in RACE mode.
Any suggestions?
