Hi all,

can you help me? My problem:

I boot Win7 64bit form DVD and I maked instalation till first restart.
After restart is first loading and instalation must continue.

But in my case is my PC automaticly shutdowned during this first loading.
I try 32bit also. Same fault.

And after nice bluescreen with my memorydumping and text:

"\windows\system32\boot\winload.exe"
"Status: 0xc0000098"
ntldr - is not found ...

(Now I have Vista Ultimate 64bit)

Sounds like you need to back up data and do a clean install.

What do you think?

Back Up data? Clean Install?

Like you have to burn (or copy to another disk) your important data you dont want to loose, format your current hard disk and make clean installation = installing from bootable DVD on clean disk.
