Windows 7 File Issues

i keep getting this message,it is absolutely driving me up the wall,
This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action ...PLEASE HELP ME

What kind of file is it? Look at the end xxxxxx.tib and what is after the dot? In this case it would be a .tib file created by Acronis.

well i guess i should better define that its not a file when i click on files any kinda file it gives me that error message
This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action it could be yahoo,it can be a link or just about anything of that nature its really agrivating
