Windows 7 Files & Settings Transfer - XP to Windows 7 Starter: Possible?

Hi all. We have a new Dell Netbook running Windows 7 starter edition. I'd like to use the easy files and settings transfer wizard to transfer files and settings from our 'old' XP Pro computer to our new Netbook.

Is this possible?
