Windows 7 FixMbr FixBoot

Hello everyone, I was reading on FixMbr and FixBoot. This is what I've come to understand in distinguishing the two:
FixMbr = Selects the defined (\Device\HardDisk0) hard disk from which the partition to load the o\s is located.

FixBoot = selects the partition on the defined disk where the o\s will load from.

Can someone correct or clarify this info?
