Windows 7 Folders Pictures (Folder Icon)

Hi everyone..
I know that when I customize a folder icon, a desktop.ini file will be created inside that folder, but if I assign a picture of that folder in (folder pictures panel) where are these data saved?

Because when I put this folder in another PC the picture is missing, and goes to default again.

i believe its all linked to the registry of the pc
