I recently upgraded my laptop from Vista Ultimate 64 bit to Windows 7 Professional 64 bit and I am noticing frame pauses when I am playing video games on my system. One game I am noticing it a lot on is World of Warcraft. When I was playing it on Vista 64 bit everything ran smoothly, now when ever I am doing something, I notice the frame pauses quite often. The game itself will run smooth but the frame will pause then jump forward every so often and is very obnoxious. I have made sure my graphics drivers are up to date as well. My machine is a Dell XPS M1730 with a 2.5 ghz Core 2 Duo, 2 x 8700M GT graphics cards in SLI, 4 gb DDR2 RAM.
