My computer has been crashing randomly since I got it. I've tried hotfixes from Microsoft, replacing my PSU, reinstalling windows ,still it crashes. When it crashes it either freezes and I have to hard restart or it gives me a BSOD or it just restarts.I do not know what you need to help me so just tell me what information I can give you and ill see if I can get it.
Thank you.

Mini Dump Files: - If you encounter a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD), there are usually mini dump files created. These files can help in identifying the cause of the crash. You can find them in the C:\Windows\Minidump directory. 4. Temperature Checks: - Overheating can cause random crashes. Use monitoring tools to check the temperature of your CPU and GPU when the crashes occur. 5. Driver Updates: - Ensure all your drivers are up to date, especially graphics card, chipset, and network drivers. 6. Check for BIOS Updates: - Sometimes updating the BIOS can resolve stability issues. 7. Testing RAM: - Run Windows Memory Diagnostic tool or Memtest86 to check for any issues with your RAM. 8. Power Settings: - Make sure your power settings are configured correctly and not causing the crashes. 9. Antivirus Scan: - Perform a full scan with your antivirus software to rule out malware. 10. Additional Information: - Any specific error codes you see on the BSOD. - Any patterns you notice before the crashes (e.g., specific applications running). - Any recent changes or updates made before the issue started. Providing this information will help in diagnosing the problem. Feel free to gather the details and share them here so we can assist you further.
