Windows 7 Function Discovery Resource Publication..Error 1079

I'm trying to get Network Discovery to stay on, but it always reverts to off. In trying to activate the UPnP service for this but get the error message 1079..the account specified for this service is different from the account specified for other services running in the same process. This may be what's preventing Network Discover from being activated. Any suggestions?

Hi, Could you create a new user account and see if it works as it should in there. Another possible fix, can you set the Function Discovery Resource Publication service to automatic (delayed) instead of Automatic and see if that sorts it.
