Windows 7 Getting BSOD

Ok i recently installed windows 7 64bit on this computer. I keep getting BSOD's and the only way i have found to stop them is to run in safe mode. Anyone got any ideas why this might be happening?

Intel quad core 2.44
4GB Corsair (4x1GB)
8800GT 512mb
Asus P5K/P5KC (Couldnt install these drivers as disk didnt work)

Any help would be appreciated.

Got the ISO off the microsoft website, its the 64bit, it is #7100, Active ISO Burner. i used.

EDIT: Nevermind i have fixed the problem, turns out it was problem with Gigabytes L1 etherenet driver, which i updated and it works now ty for ur help Drew.
