Normally I have to give Admin access on the computers and then install the software. With the new computers I have to do the same and give full access to C:. I also have to disable 'User Account Control: Run all administrators in Admin Approval Mode'. Next, I was sent the wrong version of the software I was trying to install and wrong instructions.
