After following some good tips I managed to activate my clean install using student upgrade of Professional 64Bit.
I then transferred outllook settings from XP SP3; emails fine but clicking on news icon in outlook just lists files.
If anybody has set up or can point me to a post/blog on seeting up news in outlook in win 7 I would be extremely grateful.
