Windows 7 Glass efect in all windows

Hi all,
i,ve downloaded a new gadget, the continuum gadget, that looks like these:

and i want to know if have some way to enable this transparency on all windows of our win7 =)

Not at this time.... This is a per program thing. It has to be coded into the application or enabled by a third party application like Stardock or Talisman. This is not be a feature of windows that can be enable/disabled.

ok, but what program can i use to have this effect? those stardock or talisman can do this?
