Windows 7 Graphic Card problem..

I bought yesterday a PC, and i can't install the Graphic Card, because the cd i have is only for vista and xp,but i downloaded for vista and windows 7 and it doesn't work too, i have ATI HD 4650, 32 bit. Please help me to resolve this problem. Sorry if i posted where i should not, and sorry for my english, too. HELP !
