Research has shown that people who date online and go to certain sites tend to have similar interests. Also, New York restaurants and food critiques have reported that similar people with similar interests and marital status tend to eat at the same restaurants on their first dates.

Their rationale behind this was that people who date on similar sites have similar interests, and therefore should be able to show these interests in more creative outlets than those included in current online dating sites. The “How about we…” site would allow singles to post about restaurants or current eating trends they are into, and can go to on their first date.
