Windows 7 Hardware Recognition Problem

I have tried to install a PCI TV tuner in WIn 7, but the computer doesn't recognise it. I've tried it in another computer running Win 7 and it is recognised there. Any ideas?

Assuming that both computers are running the same version of Windows 7 (32bit or 64bit), then the issue may be with the computer hardware. Check the manufacturer's website or the motherboard manufacturer's website for BIOS updates as well as the most current chipset drivers available and reset the bios to performance defaults just to make sure that something is preventing the PCI bus from being enumerated properly. Try another known good PCI slot on the problem computer.

I have new Bios, and request to Asus about chipset with reference to this thread.
