Windows 7 having trouble with adjustig audio

I have installed windows 7 recently on my laptop, Dell Vostro 1310. at the first the buttons on my keyboard which I adjust volume didn't work. So I installed it's Driver, I mean I installed Quickset. I should say at the first adjusting buttons worked but all of a sudden they didn't work, I checked all the settings on Quickset menu but I could not find the problem. What should I do?
