Windows 7 HD 3650 AGP problem - driver won't work

I have a problem with installing drivers (and getting them to work) for my Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 3650 AGP. I added my card's line in the .inf file of the driver and I installed it manually but all the time I get code 43 in device manager. Also, when I install normal agp hotfix (vista one or xp) my card is recognized as VisionTek hd2600xt (both on xp and 7) alltough my card is hd3650 from Sapphire. Any help would be apriciated. thank you. My card's hardware id number is 9596.
