Windows 7 Help me please :l

I have been getting this problem a lot lately and I dont know what to do please help im running windows 7. I have had this problem a lot in the past but now its 6 times a day please help a fellow newbie. :(

A single memory dump doesn't give us a whole lot of info.
In this case it appears that the drivers aren't the problem (but we usually need more than 1 memory dump to accurately decide this)
I would suggest starting with these free, bootable diagnostics: Link Removed - Invalid URL
