Hello All,
I need some help from someone who can read dump files. I'm experiencing the same issue as a number of other Windows 7 users, kernel power restarts. I have attempted a number of "fixes" suggested by others and have come up empty. However, I have come across a few people who's problem was found in their dump files. As I know how to use computers, I do not know how to read technical codes. (I attempted to figure out the dump file and it did not go well) If someone could find it in there heart to help me out
, I would be more than glad to post the last couple of dump files.
Here is a list of things tried so far:
-turned off speed step
-updated bios setting
-updated all driver files to compatible windows 7 status
Things I do know:
-I do not have multiple sound drivers
-I have tried a number of the suggestions located in the "find out your problem" sticky on the forum, my problem is the kernel power issue that many others seem to have, but I don't know what's triggering it.
