Hello and welcome.

To fix your issues, visit Toshiba's site to download and install the latest Toshiba Universal Camera Filter driver for your model:

Code:
Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\pgeffect.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for pgeffect.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for pgeffect.sys
Probably caused by : pgeffect.sys ( pgeffect+cdc )
pgeffect pgeffect.sys Tue Mar 17 23:45:44 2009

You should also install this to update your very old Realtek HD Audio driver:

RTKVHD64 RTKVHD64.sys Tue Jul 28 09:00:05 2009

RtkHDAudio

While there at Toshiba, also install other new drivers for ethernet (wired) and wireless, and storage (Intel Matrix).

Update your ESET to the latest release, otherwise your very old version will eventually cause issues if it has not already.
