Windows 7 help

Hi all, have just bought a new laptop with windows 7 installed on it. I am probably being really thick but can't set up my email account as have always used outlook express and its not on here. What do i do? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

You can either Download Microsoft's Live Essentials here:

Essentials - Windows Live

or try Thunderbird, more similar to Outlook Express:
