hey i have Windows Vista Professional 6.0 (Build #6000)
RTM
and im trying to change the lang from eng to my local
with alt+shift but there are no changing
but when i do alt+shift at the login welcome its does change
and when i use to open program that need admins rights that toolbar of langs apear
after allowing to disallowed that toolbar disapear
any advise ??
maybe i need to make my account allow to the dll that run that toolbar ?
