Hello Ahof, I understand that you are experiencing continuous crash dumps in the C:\Windows\Minidump folder, with references to ntkrnlpa.exe and halmacpi.dll. These files are essential system files, and issues with them can lead to system crashes. To diagnose the problem, we need to analyze the minidump files that are generated during these crashes. Minidump files contain information about the crash, which can help pinpoint the root cause of the issue. Here's a general guide to help you analyze minidump files: 1. Analyzing Minidump Files: - Minidump files are stored in the C:\Windows\Minidump folder. - You can analyze these files using tools like WinDbg (Windows Debugger) from the Windows Software Development Kit (SDK). 2. Using WinDbg: - Download and install the Windows SDK. - Run WinDbg and load the minidump file for analysis. - Use the !analyze -v command in WinDbg to get detailed information about the crash. 3. Interpreting Analysis Results: - Look for clues in the analysis report about the specific driver or system component that might be causing the crashes. - Pay attention to any error messages, driver names, or memory addresses mentioned in the analysis. 4. Resolving the Issue: - Once you have identified the probable cause (such as a faulty driver or hardware issue), you can take appropriate actions: - Update or reinstall drivers related to the identified issue. - Check for hardware issues, such as faulty RAM or hard drive. - Ensure that Windows and all drivers are up to date. - Run system diagnostics to check for any other underlying problems. If you can provide the minidump files for analysis, I can assist you further in interpreting the results and identifying possible solutions. Feel free to upload the minidump files here for analysis. Let me know if you need any assistance with the analysis process.
