I have just installed windows 8 for the first time.
I have been using hostsxpert to amend the hosts file to control some of the rubbish that infiltrates from the internet. I install it but none of the options such as merge are working. I believe that windows 8 has some form of protection to prevent accessing the hosts file?
Can anyone help?
