How can i make it so when i download a file it does not change into rar file

Files download as whatever type they are. They don't change to other types at least not on their own.

I did download it but it changed into a rar file when i downloaded it

This happens only when you download multiple files from Google Drive. Probably, in order to lower traffic, Google is zipping the files before uploading them to your computer.
