How can I make windows 2000 classic login prompt appear on Windows 7 Home Premium, I have no sec policy and donotdisplaylastname in regedit doesn't work

Along with DoNotDisplayLastUserName
You may also have to adjust the value of this registry key to 1
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
NoWelcomeScreen change 0 to 1
As always when editing the registry, backup, create manual restore point, export key to safe place, etc., etc.,

Sadly it did not work for me cause I found no NoWelcomeScreen in registry I made a new dword and still no change

In addition to the registry changes you have already adopted, take a look at the image attached, you may have to make these two additional changes as well.
