Windows 7 How do I re-install windows 7 on a new pc?

I just got parts for my new pc, but I'm not sure how to do a clean install of Windows on it.

My current pc came with it pre-installed (no disk with it) and I have the serial key for it. Anyone know how I can do this? I have no idea.

Also I have an 8GB usb drive and 500 fresh CDs.

Unless you have a second key, you can't legitimately install Win 7 using the same key on a new machine without removing it from the first. You will not be able to activate it. In addition the original key is most likely an OEM key which may or may not work with this procedure.

You can download the Win 7 iso file including SP1 from Digital River. Type Clean Install Win 7 with Upgrade Media in Google to get oodles of links to sites to guide you.
