How do you stop IIS 7.5.7600.16385 from starting when Windows 7 Professional 64 bit starts up

I write web sites in PHP and MySQL, and use an Apache web server for testing my sites.
To do this I have to stop the IIS 7.5 server that runs on start up. I have been unable to find a way to prevent it starting up since I moved to windows 7, and having to stop it 2 or three times daily is becoming a pain. I cannot remove the program as I need it for occasional asp site editing.
Can anyone tell me how to prevent it starting?

That works but its a bit extreme and takes about 5 minutes to do. I assume that it is reversible so that I can edit pages using IIS.
Does anyone know a less drastic mathod?
