I had a much easier solution used not only on Windows 7 but for just about any version besides Legacy, ME, 2000 from XP and newer. You simply create a new "Wallpapers" folder at the root of the "C:\Windows\" directory where you can store all sorts of wallpapers and image files! It comes in handy when running multiple displays with a separate wallpaper for each!
